  Fresh Caught – Seafood catches the younger fish. There is less mercury in them. Younger seafood is healthier, easier for digestion. FRESH CAUGHT SEAFOOD is the most heart healthy. The highest in Omega 3s.

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) only allows the legal limit for mercury at 1 ppm (parts per million).

The amount of mercury in our fish fall well below this conservative safety level.
